Purchasing

Our prices are in US currency and are subject to change without prior notification. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our online shopping cart. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. You will receive an online invoice after you have completed your order and a hard-copy of the invoice will be sent with your purchases. While completing your order, you will be prompted to create an account - all your information will be stored to make future purchases easy. You can also sign up for our newsletter.

Returns

Returns may be made within 60 days of purchase with the exception of patterns, kits, needles and closeout yarns. All items must be returned, unused in their original packaging. Please return by insured mail for your protection. Credit will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or if you made payment by check we will refund a payment by check. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

We hope that you will love everything that you buy from us but if you do need to return something please contact us first.

Shipping

We do our best to ship your order by the next business day. Currently we only ship in the United States. We ship USPS Priority Mail, delivery estimate is 2-7 days depending on location. Our flat shipping rate for orders up to $75.00 is $6.50. Any order over $75.00 ships free through USPS. If you need your things faster, say overnight, we ship Federal Express. Contact us for rates.

Taxes

Orders shipping to an address in New York State pay the local sales tax for tools, accessories and shipping. Yarns and fiber are non-taxable in New York State.
